In commemoration of Kashmir Solidarity Day, the Centre for South Asian Studies (CSAS), University of the Punjab is organizing a One Day Seminar on "A Reflection on the Historical Roots of the Kashmir Conflict: Implications for Gilgit-Baltistan", on February 3, 2025. Dr. Mir Waheed Akhlaq, Assistant Professor of Political Science at Karakoram International University, Gilgit will be the Keynote Speaker at the occassion.
